Prices and availability are set by sellers
Pickup and delivery options depend on the seller
Customers agree to:
Provide correct contact and delivery details
Pick up orders on time when pickup is selected
Pay for orders as required through the platform
When you place an order, it is sent directly to the seller
Sellers decide whether they offer pickup, delivery, or both
Delivery times and fees are set by sellers or delivery partners
Market Circle is not responsible for delays caused by sellers, customers, or third-party delivery services.
Payments may be processed through Market Circle or approved payment partners
Market Circle may charge service or transaction fees, which will be clearly shown
Sellers are responsible for applicable taxes on their sales
Market Circle is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers but may assist where possible.
Cancellation and refund policies are set by individual sellers
Some items may not be eligible for refunds (e.g. food or custom items)
Market Circle may help facilitate communication but does not guarantee refunds
You may not:
