1. Role of Market Circle

Market Circle does not sell products directly.
All items and services are provided by independent sellers.

Refunds and returns are primarily handled by the seller, based on their individual policies.


2. When Refunds May Apply

A refund may be considered if:

  • The seller accepts cancellations or returns

  • The item received is incorrect or damaged

  • The order was not fulfilled as confirmed

  • The seller fails to deliver or prepare the order

Eligibility depends on the seller’s refund policy and the type of product.


3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally not refundable, unless stated otherwise by the seller:

  • Prepared food and drinks

  • Perishable goods (fresh food, fruits, vegetables)

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Items marked “final sale”


4. Cancellations

Before Order Confirmation

  • Orders may be cancelled before the seller confirms them

  • If payment was made, a full refund may be processed

After Order Confirmation

  • Cancellation depends on the seller’s policy

  • Some sellers may charge a cancellation fee

  • Orders already prepared or dispatched may not be refundable


5. Pickup Orders

  • Customers are expected to pick up orders within the agreed time

  • Orders not picked up may be marked as completed

  • Refunds for missed pickups depend on the seller’s policy


6. Delivery Orders

  • Delivery times are estimates

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or third parties may occur

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect customer information may not be refunded


7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact the seller through the Market Circle app

  2. Provide order details and the reason for the request

  3. If unresolved, contact Market Circle Support

Market Circle may assist with communication but does not guarantee refunds.


8. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method

  • Processing time depends on the payment provider

  • Service or transaction fees may not be refundable


9. Disputes

If a dispute arises:

  • Market Circle may review order details and communication

  • Decisions are based on available information and platform policies

  • Market Circle’s role is to support fair resolution, not to replace seller responsibility


10. Abuse of Refunds

Repeated misuse of refund requests may result in:

  • Account review

  • Temporary suspension

  • Permanent account termination
